A little bit about the role:
Lead the technical development and delivery of projects
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the development team
Design innovative and high-quality technical solutions
Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to identify project requirements and contribute to project planning
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Who are you?
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a senior technical role within an agency
Proven experience in software development and system architecture
Proven experience in building websites, web apps and platforms with complex data requirements
Proven experience in modern headless CMS platforms
Advanced proficiency in coding languages and development frameworks
Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
