A small Digital Agency seeks a Performance Media Specialist to join their team as they continue steady growth. You will play a pivotal role in managing clients and shaping the success of a number of their search campaigns. Their offices are Auckland city-fringe.
You will execute and optimise paid search initiatives, analyse website analytics and stay ahead of industry trends.

ABOUT YOU:
You’ll have experience in a similar role and be eager to continually hone and refine your skillset.
You’ll have strong media planning skills and possess a strategic mindset to optimise campaigns, be proficient in CRM and paid search tools along with being a great communicator.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Achieve maximum ROI in multiple search campaigns, executing tests along with measuring, collecting and analysing data
Analyse, track, and report website analytics, PPC initiatives and campaigns
Manage campaign expenses effectively
Create campaigns inline with best practices; maximising search engine returns and website traffic
Optimise campaigns to continuously improve key metrics
Collaborate with the wider design, content, SEO and marketing teams to ideate and define advertising requirements
Assist the Account Managers when technical questions arise
Generate performance reports and analytics for review and presentation
Monitor SEM analytics, such as conversion rate, CPCs and customer acquisition rates
