Job description
A highly respected, award-winning agency is seeking a Performance Director to lead the development and oversight of its digital performance programmes. In this client-facing role, you’ll drive key discussions, present strategic recommendations, and guide the delivery team to consistently raise the standard of work and ensure programmes run smoothly and effectively.
You’ll be responsible for shaping successful outcomes across core performance channels, programmatic, search, and social, while helping clients advance their use of data, technology, and insights to maximise business performance and ROI. The position combines regular client engagement with the opportunity to coach and uplift internal teams, improving performance practices across both the agency and its clients.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the creation of multi-channel strategies across Paid Search, Programmatic, Video, Social, and SEO.
- Deliver clear, insightful performance reports that communicate key metrics, ROI, and actionable opportunities for improvement.
- Lead client communication, from WIPs to performance reviews whilst remaining proactive in sharing insights.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all activity aligns with client objectives and overall strategy.
- Regularly meet with internal Activation Specialists and guide on performance best practice and ensure alignment on client goals.
- Extensive experience in Programmatic Media channels such as DV360, Google Ads and META.
- Strong Google Analytics capabilities.
- High commercial acumen with experience steering large, complex accounts.
- Proven leadership ability, with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and inspiring others.
