This is an exciting, newly created role for someone who is wanting to build their career in IT Office Administration. You will have the opportunity to grow and progress with the demands of the job and organization. Your experience will include:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working out of the Hamilton office, you will foster open and honest working relationships, providing an excellent level of support to your internal team. Your focus will be to schedule projects, allocate work, light finance tasks, and assisting with reporting requirements.
You will lead project communications to customers, assist with project plan loading, and assist the GM of Professional Services in running the team and reporting.

- 3+ years’ professional services experience, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- An understanding of EOM billing

- Local to Hamilton, and happy to work in-office
