They provide a comprehensive e-commerce, digital marketing and logistics solution offering tailored to the Kiwi market. A key brand under Brittain Wynyard is ASICS, and we’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join and work on global and local marketing initiatives.
  
About the role

The Campaign Manager is responsible for developing, managing and executing the delivery of consistent, high-quality marketing campaigns for ASICS across New Zealand. This role ensures that every campaign whether global, seasonal, product-specific, or locally activated is executed across all channels, aligned to brand standards, and optimised for commercial impact.
Day to day responsibilities include:
  • Plan and execute brand and product marketing campaigns aligned to AOP and global direction
  • Own the marketing calendar, managing end-to-end campaign delivery across all channels
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, DTC, e-commerce, wholesale, retail, content, and athlete partnerships
  • Develop clear campaign briefs and manage timelines, stakeholders, and agencies
  • Own local social media strategy, delivering an always-on content approach and optimising performance
  • Brief and collaborate with digital agencies on paid social activity
  • Commercialise and integrate athletes, events, and partnerships into key campaigns
  • Lead local content production and manage creators, agencies, and contractors
  • Deliver wholesale and retail marketing programs to ensure strong in-store and online execution
  • Manage marketing budgets, reporting, and contribute to business reviews
  
About you
  • 3 years’ experience in marketing, brand, or campaign management (sporting or retail experience beneficial!)
  • Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels (Digital, Retail, DTC, Wholesale)
  • Strong project and campaign management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts
  • Experience developing briefs, managing timelines, and working with external agencies or content creators
  • High level of organisational skills, with good time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, building strong relationships across marketing, sales, and retail
  • Confident decision-maker with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
