Marketing Automation Project Lead – Salesforce Marketing Cloud - 6 Month Contract

We’re partnering with a leading consumer technology brand to deliver a high-impact Customer Engagement transformation project.

This contract role exists to design and define a best in class post purchase customer lifecycle journey, driving customer enrolment, onboarding, connected product adoption, and long-term engagement.

This is a highly strategic, senior level contract, suited to someone who thrives in customer journey mapping, CRM strategy, and lifecycle design. You’ll lead the thinking, define the frameworks, and shape how customers are engaged with and the frequency of contact.

Responsibilities
  • Own the design and delivery of the post purchase customer journey
  • Define messaging, frequency and touchpoints
  • Assess customer data and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Grow data capture funnel and build out multi channel contact strategy
  • Act as subject matter expert for CRM and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Deliver clear frameworks for documentation for internal execution teams 
  • Ensure conversations and journeys align with business priorities and strategies
What you'll need
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven ability in designing customer contact strategies/journeys across several channels
  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of CRM integration, segmentation, and automation workflows.
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing including acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention
