About the role

Brittain Wynyard continue to go from strength to strength to offer NZ leading customer experience through their ecommerce and omni-channel marketing channels.
  
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Marketing professional to join their fast-growing Ball Sports team to help lead the direction of our brands into what is an exciting growth period for our business. 

This would be a great role for a digital designer wanting to broaden their experience across marketing & ecommerce and take ownership over growing a brand in the market. 

Working directly with some of the biggest brands in the sports industry, you will be a key player in the future success of this division. Brands include Wilson, Bridgestone, Gunn and Moore, MGI & Sun Mountain.

The right candidate will have strong experience executing multi-channel brand campaigns from a design perspective , coupled with the confidence to work closely with key stakeholders, our sales force & our customer base.

The day to day will involve: 
  • managing the Ball Sports brands across all consumer touch points 
  • execution of marketing calendars
  • coordinating the execution of brand websites 
  • assisting in developing our brands’ strategic direction and relationships with customers
  • evolving, executing our EDM and digital channels 
  • creation and distribution of digital & physical POS
  • coordination of sponsored athletes & ambassadors
  • checking in on sales performance, KPIS and ROI
  
What you will have: 
  • understanding of using digital marketing to grow a brand offering across multiple channels 
  • experience running marketing & promotional calendars within the capacity of a brand or business  
  • experience with email and automation campaigns 
  • understanding of SEO & SEM 
  • good knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console
  • good Adobe Creative Suite and design skills
  • strong written & proofing skills; and
  • great attention to detail.
