This is a new role, and as an IT Customer support person, you will enjoy the opportunity to help our team with technology challenges and participate in the ongoing strengthening of our technology estate. You will need high standards, have a passion for helping people leverage technology, and a track record of maintaining documentation, and being organised and reliable.
You will enjoy working in a professional environment and derive your job satisfaction from helping people benefit from technology and from enhancing and improving the service your team receive. You will work closely with the IT manager and our external support providers.  


- Service desk experience, and a strong customer service mindset.
- Experienced in helping others navigate change through new systems implementation.
- Confident with end-user computing (phones, laptops, desktops).
- Microsoft suite experience (Office 365, Windows, Excel etc).
- Familiar with Office 365 and the supporting tools, Intune, and the power suite.
- Skilled in use of remote support tools. 
- Naturally curious with a continuous development mindset.
- Full driving licence, no restrictions.

Please note this position is based in Palmerston North, so relocation will be required if you’re not already local.
