Define as-is and to-be systems and processes, identify risks and opportunities, and work with subject matter experts to communicate the right level of detail for different audiences
Work with stakeholders to clarify and document objectives and success criteria
Capture, elaborate, prioritise, and communicate requirements
Maintain requirements traceability through to project deliverables
Identify customer journeys and user flows, and incorporate them into the analysis and requirements
Maintain a technical understanding of the solution being delivered, and facilitate technical discussions with subject matter experts
Analyse and manage requirements changes and keep stakeholders informed
Tailor documentation and communication to different audiences, ensuring effective knowledge transfer
Facilitate stakeholder demos, user acceptance testing, and training
Identify gaps and opportunities in delivery processes, and recommend improvements.
Who are you and what is your experience:
1-2 years work experience in the IT an Tech sector
Confident communicator with perfect written and verbal communication skills
General technical knowledge and a willingness to learn
Familiarity with Agile and/or ITIL
