Role:
As an IT Support and Training Analyst, you will play a vital role in providing 1st and 2nd level IT desktop support, ensuring smooth operations of IT systems, and offering end-user training with a particular focus on the ERP systems; RFMS and MYOB EXO.
  
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level IT desktop support, collaborating with external support providers when required.
  • Install and set up IT hardware, software, and mobile telephony, both on-premise and cloud applications/services.
  • Administer IT systems and maintain relevant lists, registers, and documentation.
  • Support end-user training, with a focus on ERP systems like RFMS and MYOB EXO, following a pre-set learning program.
About you:
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft application suite, with a focus on desktop administration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in ERP support and/or training ESSENTIAL, ideally in MYOB Exo, Advanced, and RFMS.
  • Working knowledge of Zoho Application suite, especially CRM and Analytics.
  • A clean unrestricted Class 1 New Zealand Driver’s License is required at all times.
  • Relevant computer science and/or training qualification(s).
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and high levels of resilience.
  • Strong time management skills.
