The Head of Digital Operations and Cyber Security is responsible for leading, managing and coordinating a high performing Operations team within the Digital function, which will ensure the provision of services and initiatives aligned to the overall Digital strategy.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Planning
- Operational management and reporting
- Stakeholder Management
- Make recommendations on network, hardware requirements and implement these as required in line with the Digital plan and approved budgets.
- Implement and maintain a technology capability and framework that will support the efficient and flexible delivery of technology services to the organisation.
- Ensure best practice Digital risk management policies and procedures are in place and are regularly reviewed.
- Develop an enterprise-wide security program
- Identify, report, and control security incidents
- At least ten years’ experience managing an Technology function, or in an Digital/ Technical leadership or management position
- A track record in developing and implementing technology strategy, including budgeting and reporting
- A track record of transforming legacy IT into modern ways of operating
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Extensive hands-on Technology experience
