ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Head of Digital Operations and Cyber Security  is responsible for leading, managing and coordinating a high performing Operations team within the Digital function, which will ensure the provision of services and initiatives aligned to the overall Digital strategy. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Planning
  • Operational management and reporting
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Make recommendations on network, hardware requirements and implement these as required in line with the Digital plan and approved budgets.
  • Implement and maintain a technology capability and framework that will support the efficient and flexible delivery of technology services to the organisation.
  • Ensure best practice Digital risk management policies and procedures are in place and are regularly reviewed.
  • Develop an enterprise-wide security program 
  • Identify, report, and control security incidents 
ABOUT YOU:
  • At least ten years’ experience managing an Technology function, or in an Digital/ Technical leadership or management position
  • A track record in developing and implementing technology strategy, including budgeting and reporting
  • A track record of transforming legacy IT into modern ways of operating
  • Relevant tertiary qualification 
  • Extensive hands-on Technology experience
