ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an IT Engineer role you will be responsible for predominantly level 1 & 2 operational support and end user training within the IT function. This includes working with the Senior Manager to support of all end users and applications/systems as well as on- premises and cloud-based IT infrastructure/systems
There is also an element of project delivery work, and daily interaction with trusted partners, the data team and end users.

ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
- Working in an IT function that is a mix of insourced/outsourced.
- Creating IT procedures, Knowledge Base articles and end user training guides.
- Participating in a Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity situation.
- End user support and device management – Intune, Autopilot, MDM
- Cloud – Azure, MS Defender, Sentinel, Azure Virtual Desktop
- MS 365 Administration – SSO, Dynamics, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
- Supporting a hosted environment – web hosting/CMS
- Application-level networking, switching (Cisco, Ubiquiti), firewalling (Fortinet) and security
- Supporting and administering SaaS applications
- Operating System experience – Windows
- Wi-Fi systems and management – Ubiquiti/Meraki
- IP Cloud Telephony solutions
- Comfortable working in and on a hybrid environment – Cloud (Azure) and on- premises infrastructure (Hyper-V)
- Working in an Agile world with the mindset to match
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar support/service desk role
- Strong Windows server knowledge, Active Directory, LDAP
- Any data analysis, database (SQL) and/or scripting experience is also a bonus
