ABOUT THE ROLE: As the IT Applications Manager you will be pivotal in the alignment of technology and business processes across the organization. Leading a team of 8 including applications and systems support, functional consultants, and business analysts, you will support and deliver application enhancements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the implementation and configuration to ensure applications meet business and regulatory needs.
Support strategic decision-making and facilitate compliance with industry regulations.
Own Incident, Request, Patch and Problem Management processes.
Allocate resources to ensure efficient organizational operation, including internal and external parties’ resolution of incidents/service.
Restoration/remediation of issues. Develop and implement root cause corrective actions plans.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to agree on business priorities and define a Digital Road map in collaboration with the Digital Leadership team.
ABOUT YOU:
3+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
SAP implementation and project management experience
Excellent leadership skills and experience driving changes to support structure.
ITIL certification
Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
Team player with great interpersonal and leadership skills
