An organisation in the insurance sector seeks an Insights and Service Delivery Team Lead to join their team. The role will see you lead two small teams across the Business Insights function and IT Service Desk, focusing on developing the two teams and driving strategic initiatives to meet the dynamic needs of the organisation.

Lead the development, implementation and delivery of data-driven reporting and insights through the Business Intelligence team. To drive strategic decision-making and support client engagement.

Optimise efficient and effective IT Service Desk operations by developing and maintaining strategic and annual business plans that outline and support the continuous improvement of the Service Delivery function.

Additionally, maintaining strong client relationships while managing service delivery to the agreed standards and expectations.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone from an Analyst background with some leadership experience to make a jump in their career. Our ideal candidate will be looking to move into a leadership role, and take a step up.
  • Business Intelligence analytics experience is imperative
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Expert of SQL server toolset – SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
  • Data warehousing, modelling and integration experience
  • Project/Change Management expertise
  • Mentor/leadership experience
  • Agile experience
  • Microsoft qualifications including networks and exchange
  • ITIL certification
