ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
ABOUT YOU:
The role requires a solid project management background in IT infrastructure and cloud platforms, including practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, networking, identity, security and system integration. A strong understanding of release management, operational readiness, support models, observability and service transition is essential to ensure successful production deployment and sustainable ongoing operations.
We are seeking someone with at least 10 years of experience of infrastructure projects including:

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the project management of infrastructure and cloud platform initiatives that enable the successful delivery of the programme.
- Scope includes design, build, test and operational readiness of new cloud-based and hybrid technology environments to support next-generation digital capabilities and platform modernisation.
- Lead Release Management, owning the consolidated release plan across infrastructure and digital platforms (web and app).
- Ensure alignment across environments, QA, development, and business teams to support full operational and go‑live readiness
- Work closely with infrastructure, cloud and platform engineers, third-party delivery partners (including cloud adoption partners), SaaS providers, and application development teams to ensure environments are secure, scalable, resilient and fit for purpose.

- Application Component Installation (e.g. Azure, Mule, Drupal, SFTP)
- Technical documentation (e.g. network designs)

- Operationalising environments from project into BAU
