We are a fast-growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, headquartered in Auckland CBD in a rapid phase of growth, adding customers in our home market, Australia and the USA. We have offices in Auckland, Melbourne, Denver and Atlanta.
We are looking for someone to join our Auckland team as an Implementation Consultant to support our growth in the New Zealand market.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of M2X with new customers from start to finish. You’ll document project requirements, analyse potential business risk, prepare implementation plans, design & run tests and ensure a seamless integration experience.
You will be part of the team that drives the sales and implementation of our software to carriers, and manages account relationships across our customer base.
You will lead communications and relationships with the client as you investigate their business needs, plan a scope of work, migrate data and implement the TMS. Experience with any TMS, ERP or other Enterprise scale software will prepare you well for this role.
M2X will train you on anything you need to know about the industry and the software.
You will have frequent visits and interactions with our existing customers, providing training and support, and work with our software engineering team to identify solutions for customer problems and enhance the customer’s experience.
You will assist the engineers during the design and implementation of new features for prospective clients and with testing of new features for the carrier platform.
You’ll spend most of your time in the Auckland office working with clients through digital means, with an anticipated 5-7 days of travel per month to clients.

About you:
- 5+ years of professional experience working on large scale implementation programmes and working closely with customers to deliver successfully.
- Experience working on enterprise level implementations such as SAP or ERP systems is beneficial.
- Strong project management skills.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, proactive and task orientated nature.
- A degree in Business Administration, Law, Commerce, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology (Preferred but not required)
