ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a brand new role within the People and Culture team, where there is a strong focus on improving how they do things from a data and reporting perspective. There are a number of key projects you'll be involved with, including implementing a new payroll system, and searching for a new HRIS system.  You will showcase your analytics and reporting skills to really add value to the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver amazing outcomes aligned to the company's strategic goals
  • Defining and extracting data from different systems
  • Creating and maintaining reports
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of reports and dashboards
  • Providing project support to HR projects across the team, such as DEIB reporting, analysing the engagement data and supporting the payroll implementation team
ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking someone who has the ability to challenge, think innovatively and continuously push the boundaries of what is possible. You'll have a natural affinity for collaboration and building high trust and positive relationships.  In addition you will bring:
  • Advanced level Excel skills
  • Good experience with Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to synthesise data into actionable insights
  • Excellent report writing capability; adapting communication style for target audience
  • Good numerical and problem solving skills
  • Strong database management skills, with the ability to merge, cleanse and analyse data
  • Experience working within HR teams highly desirable
