Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be part of a team that’s dedicated to creating a fantastic experience across the business. You will be  delivering to local and remote users / sites and engaging with internal users, technology teams, and vendors in a constructive and collaborative style. You will also attend to tickets and start giving on-site support clients. 

ABOUT YOU:
  • 2+ Years working in a Helpdesk Level 1 and 2 role
  • ITIL Foundation Certification or working knowledge of ITIL
  • You are experienced handling phone queues and answering phone calls
  • Confident in your written and verbal communications
  • Happy to work in roster shifts
