ABOUT THE ROLE
  
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will provide first level support both internally and externally across the Windows environment and bespoke business applications. You will also be involved in end-user training.
  
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
  
  • Responding to incident requests
  • First level application support
  • Providing support and management of mobile services
  • Coordinating between the business and third-party suppliers
  • Communicating with customers regarding planned maintenance and unplanned outages
  
ABOUT YOU
  
  • Great communication skills with a strong customer focus
  • Good technical knowledge across Microsoft Windows, O365, Active Directory and Teams
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
