This role is ideal for an IT-passionate individual who has started their personal IT journey to master networking, Systems maintenance, and IT Helpdesk, who enjoys a fast-paced environment and excel themselves at customer service.

ABOUT YOU:
  • Eagar to learn and grow
  • 1 year of experience with level 1 or 2 troubleshooting
  • Amazing communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Technical diagnostic and problem solving skills
