ABOUT THE ROLE: Leading the Technology team (infrastructure/cloud engineers & software developers), who are currently going through an exciting period of transformation. This includes replacing legacy systems with a Saleforce solution.
The role will support the team to grow and develop, enabling them to support the new technologies being implemented, alongside supporting the business as technologies transition from the transformation programme to BAU.
ABOUT YOU: We are seeking someone with proven experience in a senior management role, leading both infrastructure and software teams, and with strong exposure to cloud technologies and processes. In addition, you should have:
Experience with development and roll-out of Salesforce
Strong Security knowledge
Experience with infrastructure upgrades
Migration from O365 to G-Suite experience preferred
A proven track record of building positive engagement within a team and across organisations to achieve better business outcomes
A high level of understanding and experience of ICT delivery processes, systems and tools, and business delivery priorities
A proven ability to communicate about technical and/or complex issues in “plain language”
