This is a pivotal leadership role to drive operational excellence and enable the successful global scale-up of this business/product. You'll lead the Global Operations, Sales Enablement and Customer Success functions, equipping regional sales teams with the tools, infrastructure and insights to grow.
As Head of Scaling and Growth, you’ll be responsible for strengthening the foundational systems and processes—spanning sales enablement, forecasting, order management, and customer onboarding—so they are robust, scalable, and fully aligned with the organisation’s strategic and financial goals.

ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for someone who can bring the following skills and experience:
- Extensive senior leadership experience across operations, customer success or business scaling functions
- Proven track record of operational transformation and scaling initiatives in high-growth or start-up environments
- Familiarity with recurring revenue models (e.g. SaaS, subscription based) and customer success metrics
- Experience with AgriTech or technology-enabled services sector desirable - experience working with both software and hardware products
- The ability to build trusted relationships through transparency and integrity
- Clear and empathetic communication skills
- The ability to synthesize data and insights to identify high-impact actions and communicate them effectively
- Ability to bring fresh thinking and creativity to operational and customer experience challenges, driving innovation and improvement
