ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Head of Digital Operations and Cyber Security is responsible for leading, managing and coordinating a high performing Operations team within the Digital function, which will ensure the provision of services and initiatives aligned to the overall Digital strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning
Operational management and reporting
Stakeholder Management
Make recommendations on network, hardware requirements and implement these as required in line with the Digital plan and approved budgets.
Implement and maintain a technology capability and framework that will support the efficient and flexible delivery of technology services to the organisation.
Ensure best practice Digital risk management policies and procedures are in place and are regularly reviewed.
Develop an enterprise-wide security program
Identify, report, and control security incidents
ABOUT YOU:
At least ten years’ experience managing an Technology function, or in an Digital/ Technical leadership or management position
A track record in developing and implementing technology strategy, including budgeting and reporting
A track record of transforming legacy IT into modern ways of operating
Relevant tertiary qualification
Extensive hands-on Technology experience
