NextMinute, a leading SaaS job management product for those in the Trades seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to join their team.

It’s an exciting time to be jumping on ship as they continue to expand into international markets and build on what they have already achieved. You will play an integral part in the delivery of this world class product. They have teams in Auckland, London and Sydney.

This role is New Zealand based, and their offices are in Auckland Newmarket. However, you can work remote if you’d like.
Their ideal Marketer will move into a Head of Marketing position and build a team.

Working closely with the CEO and Digital Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and engaging existing customers.

We are looking for someone from a strong SaaS B2B/B2C growth marketing background, with a proven track record of success in this space.
You will own all content strategy and execution, digital enablement, and social for both their inbound and outbound channels.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to drive strategic growth
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention, developing and driving their content development and execution strategy, inclusive of copywriting
  • Develop demand generation campaigns in HubSpot, collaborating with the wider sales team
  • Lead their digital presence; SEO, PPC, Email, Social, etc
  • Develop marketing and sales collateral in partnership with the Digital Media Manager
  • Develop and integrate regional marketing strategies, such as events and PR
  • Analyse campaigns, consumer trends and the competitive landscape
  • Brand confidence: you will need to be able to confidently represent the business and demonstrate their product
  • Plan and generate measurable ROI for marketing activities
  • Influence, educate and prompt colleagues on the benefits of marketing

  • Experience in a multi-channel SaaS B2B/B2C marketing role, with a focus on growth
  • Strong digital marketing aptitude; SEO, Google Ads, Paid search, direct communications, social and programmatic and related marketing initiatives
  • Unpaid search (SEO), paid search, direct communications, social and programmatic
  • Proficiency in Google products specifically Google Suite, with Campaign Manager 360 advantageous
  • Experience with HubSpot advantageous
  • Automation and analytics tools experience
  • Growth mindset
  • Understanding of builders and the trades beneficial
  • KPI bonus
  • Growth opportunities, including the opportunity to build a team – they would ideally like the successful candidate moving into a Head of Marketing position down the track
