ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are searching for a visionary Experiential Group Business Director to join our team.

As a leader with creative flair and exceptional attention to detail, you will bring PR and experiential concepts to life while managing a team of five.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join a team of experts and help shape the direction of the agency.

YOU WILL: 
  • Lead the team in executing roadshows, sampling campaigns, product launches, gala dinners, influencer showcases, and corporate events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, negotiating deals that benefit both parties.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimates, scope jobs, and timely delivery of reports.
  • Develop and deliver well-thought-out proposals that win business.
  • Provide excellent client service, ensuring positive outcomes and repeat business.
  • Build and lead a team that excels in experiential marketing and events.
ABOUT YOU: 
  • A minimum of 8 years experience working in experiential marketing, events, or activations.
  • Proven experience managing people and delivering positive outcomes.
  • Excellent client service skills, whether working in an agency or in-house.
  • Strong supplier relationships and the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Skilled in pulling together cost estimates and sticking to budgets.
  • Deliver well-thought-out proposals that win business.
  • Proficient in creating run sheets and producing reports.
  • Passionate about experiential marketing and events and have a portfolio of successful campaigns to demonstrate your expertise
