What you’ll be doing:
- Architect and delivering intelligent GenAI solutions using Azure, OpenAI, AI Search, and Microsoft 365.
- Lead discovery workshops, shape strategic roadmaps and build business cases.
- Prototype and deliver PoCs, demos, and reusable accelerators.
- Advise on responsible AI, privacy, and compliance.
- Collaborate across teams and share knowledge to elevate others within the company.
What you’ll bring:
- Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings and agent frameworks.
- 5 years of consultancy experience.
- Experience with API/SDK integration across systems including tool-calling and agent frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and OpenAI Functions.
- Strong coding skills. Either in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or C#.
- Experience integrating GenAI into enterprise systems and workflows.
- 2 years minimum of prompt engineering experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You can translate complex tech into business outcomes, building credibility and influencing senior stakeholders.
- A passion for innovation, a continuous learning mindset and drive to deliver serious impact through AI.
