A highly respected consultancy, known for their collaborative work environment and growth opportunities have recently created a new division for GenAI due to increasing demand from clients. They are now looking for a Principal AI Consultant to lead the charge.

What you’ll be doing:

• Architect and delivering intelligent GenAI solutions using Azure, OpenAI, AI Search, and Microsoft 365.
• Lead discovery workshops, shape strategic roadmaps and build business cases.
• Prototype and deliver PoCs, demos, and reusable accelerators.
• Advise on responsible AI, privacy, and compliance.
• Collaborate across teams and share knowledge to elevate others within the company.

  
What you’ll bring:

• Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings and agent frameworks.
• 5 years of consultancy experience. 
• Experience with API/SDK integration across systems including tool-calling and agent frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and OpenAI Functions.
• Strong coding skills. Either in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or C#.
• Experience integrating GenAI into enterprise systems and workflows.
• 2 years minimum of prompt engineering experience. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You can translate complex tech into business outcomes, building credibility and influencing senior stakeholders.
• A passion for innovation, a continuous learning mindset and drive to deliver serious impact through AI.
