GenAI Specialist - Lead Consultant

Job description

A highly respected consultancy, known for their collaborative work environment and growth opportunities have recently created a new division for GenAI due to increasing demand from clients. They are now looking for a Lead Consultant to become a founding member of the team where you’ll architect and deliver transformative AI solutions that will redefine how businesses operate.

You’ll work alongside a squad of brilliant minds and engage directly with customers, bringing real life impact through AI solutions in this unique opportunity.
  
What you’ll do:

  • Architect, build, and deliver GenAI solutions across text, image, and audio modalities.
  • Develop production ready PoCs and integrate services using modern SDKs/APIs.
  • Drive best practices in AI safety and compliance. Take ownership of secure and responsible AI development.
  • Scope projects, provide presales demos and mentor both clients and consultants on the latest trends and innovations.
  • Contribute and lead Research & Development initiatives and help shape company strategy.

  
What you’ll bring:

  • Strong code skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and modern SDKs/APIs. C# is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of tool calling/agent frameworks such as Semantic Kernel and LangChain.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD, GitHub and telemetry driven optimisation.
  • Familiarity with enterprise Copilot adoption and multimodal AI.
  • Skill in fine tuning and optimising API based systems for cost performance and accuracy.
  • 2 years minimum in prompt engineering. 
  • 5 years consulting experience, formulating technology strategies for customers.
  • An agile, collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for experimentation, continuous improvement and delivering real customer value.
