ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the lead within Enterprise Architecture, you will bring together the Technology and Architecture strategies, practices, and roadmaps to steer the organisation towards a future-ready state. You will act as the  guardian of Enterprise Architecture principles and best practices, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and professional development while serving as formal line manager for the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement an Enterprise Architecture strategy aligned to company objectives
• Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Lead Enterprise Architecture: set goals, manage performance, and grow capabilities
• Guide selection/adoption of architectural standards, platforms, and tools to ensure compatibility & integration.
• Own EA practice standards and governance; contribute to enterprise roadmaps
• Drive innovation & research; ensure delivery and operational readiness
• Manage risk and compliance across architecture decisions; communicate clearly across stakeholders
  

ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking a low-ego, influential and pragmatic leader who can bring the following:

• Demonstrable experience with technical and people leadership
• Experience with developing and advocating roadmaps and programme/enterprise architecture frameworks
• Strong technical depth and analytical understanding of the different integration approaches to enable agility in delivery
• Experience with developing capability and helping people reach their role-specific goals and guiding them towards their long-term career goals
• Business acumen and leadership skills, including identifying and recommending cost effective solutions
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and practices would be beneficial
