ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a brand new role where you can bring your exceptional product and project management skills.  You will initially be working on the implementation of a new Ecommerce system and this role will cover product and project management, technical and functional design documentation, development sizing and scheduling, and communucations to ensure productive and results-driven outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a varied role in which your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Work with stakeholders, end users, and customers to understand needs and goals and answer questions.
  • Define and refine the Product Vision, Product Roadmap, Release Plans, and the Product Backlog.
  • Work with business stakeholders to define, prioritize and own a backlog of digital journey and capability enhancements, and ensure that these enhancements are brought to market with quality
  • Help develop ideas into a clear, workable vision and roadmap
  • Leverage data for decision making and backlog prioritisation, ensure focus and readiness for build through scrum teams
  • Act as the champion on digital initiatives by displaying a solid understanding of users, the market place, the competition and of future trends
  • Project cadence reporting based on the work scheduled for that sprint period
  • Regular project release forecasting
  • Project scheduling based on the current work load identifying impact on booked in work.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that digital solutions align with the business strategy
  • Presenting product increments to the stakeholder, end users, and customers to ensure the team is building the right thing
ABOUT YOU:
  • 3+ years of experience in a product enhancement/management role
  • Experience developing/managing digital capabilities across various digital channels
  • Experience managing a product roadmap with multiple stakeholders
  • Good vendor management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
