About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Producer to join a collaborative digital team working on a range of exciting, design-led projects.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Digital Production Lead and wider team to manage project timelines, coordinate communication between clients and internal teams, and ensure all deliverables are delivered smoothly - on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

What you’ll do:

Project Coordination
  • Support the management of digital projects from concept to delivery
  • Track progress, update timelines, and keep internal teams aligned on requirements
  • Maintain project documentation and communicate key milestones to stakeholders
Client Support
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering feedback
  • Support project leads in managing expectations and ensuring work aligns with client goals
  • Build strong relationships and a clear understanding of client objectives
Quality Control
  • Conduct preliminary quality checks to ensure deliverables meet project standards
  • Verify that outputs align with brand and project guidelines
Budget & Resource Management
  • Assist with tracking budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Support with cost estimates, proposals, and general project admin
What we’re looking for:
  • 3-4 years’ experience in digital production, project coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello) and basic agile practices
  • Understanding of digital production processes 
  • Attention to detail and the ability to stay on top of multiple projects
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and clients
