Digital Marketing Manager – CRM, Marketing Automation & CRO
  
An independent agency is on the hunt for a highly strategic and technical Digital Marketing Manager to lead their growing demand for CRM, Marketing Automation and CRO projects.

This senior position sits in between marketing strategy, technology and user experience. You’ll be responsible for designing smarter, personalised customer journeys and improving website performance. You’ll work closely with the development team for integrations and the Search Specialist for customer experience projects, all whilst in continuous communication with the clients.

This is a lean team with tons of experience, driven and passionate about the work they do. In this role, you’ll get to work with a manager who thrives in developing people and giving them the opportunity to flourish.
  
What you’ll be doing
  • Lead CRM and Marketing Automation Strategy, from ideation to integration and implementation.
  • Develop & execute CRO strategies across client websites using data driven insights.
  • Partner with developers to deliver websites with CRM integration and personalisation at the core.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across creative, media, and performance to design seamless, performance focused digital journeys.
  • Build reporting frameworks that demonstrate the impact of CRM, Marketing Automation and CRO initiatives.
  • Be proactive with learning and keeping up with trends.
  
What the client is looking for:
  • 5+ years experience in CRM, Marketing Automation and CRO, ideally whilst working at an agency.
  • HubSpot experience is essential, and experience with Zoho, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or others would be a bonus.
  • High level of understanding of conversion principles, user experience and digital analytics.
  • Strong client facing skills, and an effective communicator who can handle multiple stakeholders.
  • Good project management skills and a proactive mindset.
