Ocula offers a digital platform presenting comprehensive access to the best of contemporary art exhibited by leading galleries around the world and offers a fresh perspective on the artists and ideas shaping art now through Ocula Magazine. Ocula also offers Private Sales and Advisory with international reach and expertise. Ocula is a compelling destination and resource for collectors, curators, advisors and followers of contemporary art everywhere.
THE ROLE:
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in taking this global business to the next level. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for optimising the performance of the platform, driving engagement on the website and increasing targeted visitation. You will prioritise the work which needs to be done on the platform, as well as managing implementations and working on the rollout of a mobile app.
Responsibilities include:
Liaising with all areas of the business to develop and implement the digital strategy
Managing external designer and SEO/PPC consultants
Working with the content director to analyse content performance and suggest ways to optimise this
Managing the web developer’s workload and priorities
Triaging bugs and feature requests and prioritising accordingly
Overseeing email marketing and social media campaigns
Reporting on KPIs and the performance of content on the site
ABOUT YOU:
Solid experience with digital strategy and implementation
The ability to use Google Analytics
Experience in search, email and social media marketing
A track record in start-up and scale-up environments
Collaborative nature and someone who can also work independently
Ideally you will have an interest in art and creativity
