They are a fast growing food e-commerce company on a mission to make eating healthy easy for Kiwis for delivering fresh, nutritious, fully prepared meals directly to customers, supermarkets and schools. This role will be rewarding and offer you a lot of opportunity to be creative and try new ideas. You'll be working closely with the senior leadership team to help drive marketing; sales and customer service initiatives. 
Key responsibilities: 
  • Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for their customers, educating them around the products and their benefits.
  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email and their online customer management portal Gorgias
  • Create and manage weekly emails to customers and prospects 
  • Place and update customer orders in our e-commerce platform
  • Maintain and update social media platforms
  • Developing content ideas for social media
  • Supporting the Head of Marketing with events and food shows
  • Develop marketing collateral (using design platform Canva)
  • Assist in development of new campaigns and launches
  • Analyse the result of marketing campaigns
  • Developing, managing and analysing digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with developing marketing collateral (social posts; using Canva) 
  • A flexible, decisive, quick-thinker, who has the ability to handle difficult situations in a patient, calm and effective manner
  • Must be able to self manage and work independently
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to learn and use new software programmes (Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Meta)
  • A passion for quality and attentive customer service
  • Great attention to detail
