ABOUT THE ROLE:
This position is responsible for the overarching Business Continuity Plan, ensuring that the establishment of an enterprise-wide framework, procedures, testing and communications are in place and updated across the business. You will also oversee the delivery of Risk & Audit items relating to Digital. In addition, you will facilitate agile governance frameworks for the team, have oversight of the financials and drive transparent reporting and process optimisation.

ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking someone who can bring the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in data governance, privacy, risk management, regulatory compliance, information security, risk & control or internal audit disciplines.
- Project management experience is highly desirable, including experience working in an Agile project delivery team and rolling out the principles of Agile across a business.
- The ability to work across multiple teams in a customer-centric environment.
- Strong working knowledge of technology and risk frameworks, information security and industry standards, regulatory requirements and leading practices. Experience in leading a risk management and tracking process
- An understanding of how to balance business realities and risk mitigation needs.
- The ability to work with technical SMEs, translate technical, regulatory and legal requirements into a clear and understanding framework that is actionable by the business and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
