This is a 3 month contract to support the tagging and enrichment of digital assets within their Digital Asset Management and connected systems. You'll ensure assets are correctly structured, discoverable, and aligned with their enterprise taxonomy and metadata governance standards, enabling accurate delivery to Product Information Management, Salesforce and other downstream platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply agreed taxonomy, controlled vocabularies, and metadata rules to digital assets (images, video, PDFs, etc).
- Execute bulk and manual tagging within DAM/PIM platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance guidelines.
- Follow established conventions for unique IDs, CA/model hierarchy, version control, and conditional metadata fields.
- Perform quality checks on tagged assets to ensure completeness and alignment with the metadata schema.
- Report on tagging progress, issues, and exceptions; escalate ambiguities or gaps in taxonomy to the governance team.
- Collaborate with the DAM project team to resolve queries and support efficient asset tagging.
- Support audit and governance requirements by documenting tagging decisions and maintaining records of applied metadata.
ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for someone with a background in content operations, digital asset management, or product information management. In addition you will need:
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of accurate, high-volume data handling.
- Experience working with DAM or PIM platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for bulk metadata handling and reporting.
- Understanding of taxonomy structures, metadata standards, and governance practices.
- Familiarity with a variety of digital asset formats (visuals, CAD, PDFs).
- Ability to interpret and apply controlled vocabularies, glossary terms, and metadata schemas.
- Strong communication skills to raise and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
