About the Role
As Digital Account Director, you’ll be the strategic lead across a varied portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring seamless collaboration across internal delivery teams. From onboarding and expectation setting to campaign reporting and upselling opportunities, your role will be to drive satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

What you'll be doing:
  • Manage client relationships with confidence, tailoring your approach to suit each account’s level of engagement
  • Lead onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition from sales to service
  • Act as a communication hub between clients and delivery teams, triaging issues and coordinating solutions
  • Spot opportunities for upsell and cross-sell across services
  • Keep CRM and reporting systems up to date with all client activity and decisions
What you’ll bring:
  • 2–5 years of account management experience within a digital marketing agency
  • Strong understanding of digital channels (especially SEO, Paid Media, and Content)
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-centric mindset
  • The ability to juggle multiple accounts while keeping service quality high
  • Familiarity with tools like Accelo, Google Analytics & Google Search Console
