Who are you and what will you be doing? You will be an experienced DevOps contractor looking for your next exciting role. You will have great communication skills and will be able to hit the ground running within this great team of people.
Your role will be focused on:
Rebuilding the CI/CD pipeline
Rebuild legacy test environments
Improvements for docker build and deploy
Improvements to monitoring and alerting - CloudWatch and Datadog
Migration of an existing deployment pipeline to Gitlab CI with Python or Node.js to deploy to AWS ECS
Stronger integration of tests into the CI/CD pipeline
Periodic rebuild & deploy to apply software patches
Tech that you will be using:
AWS ECS
Python or Node.js with AWS API
CloudFormation
Docker
