With offices worldwide, you will be working with their local team to create new products and features, as well as improving the products they already have. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead a great team of 4 developers
Project planning and delivery
Mentoring and coaching
Facilitating daily scrum meetings
Creating plans for converting the product backlog into working software
ABOUT YOU:
Excellent communication abilities
A great leader! No ego and will motivate the team
Proven leadership experience
Able to write code is a bonus - ideally.NET (although not a big part of the role)
Understanding of agile methodology and frameworks
