A lot of the work they do is in the APAC region, so you’ll be working closely with clients in other markets, directing and delivering creative design solutions for them.
As the Creative Director you will be passionate about producing and delivering impactful Digital Designs. A certain amount of business acumen will be required to understand that, while your creative output is critical, business goals and budgets will sometimes need to come first, and an awareness of your clients budgets and ROI is vital. Your role will be extremely variable, and on a day-to-day basis could include:
  • Catch-ups and briefings on BAU with team members
  • Working alongside Design teams to review design work and progress
  • Reviewing incoming client briefs and support in building out project plans
  • Conducting workshops for Design briefs and completing core design work
  • Producing and presenting Creative presentation decks
  • Coaching 1:1’s and formal internal reviews with Team members
You will be delivering and directing inspiring Creative and Art Direction, and will have expertise in the Design aspects you will be guiding your team to deliver, including:
  • UX/UI Web Design
  • Experience with Digital Campaign Deliverables across a full range of channels
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Slides
  • Motion experience would be advantageous
  • Experience with 3D creative tools would be beneficial, but not a necessity
  • 3+ years experience at a Senior level of Creative & Design
  • Experience in an agency setting working with multiple clients
  • Proven experience in Design leadership
  • A track record of delivering output that meets brand standards
  • Expert knowledge of industry tools
  • Excellent Design skills
  • Be able to deliver and direct inspiring creative
  • Supreme confidence when presenting art direction
  • Ability to manage deadlines and composure under tight deadlines
  • Experience working with global brands is preferred
