This is an extremely well known, large and complex organisation in the healthcare sector. You would be working on a multi-year business change project which includes the implementation of a new core system.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As part of the testing and deployment team you would be responsible for system set-up and configuration, as well as assisting with deployment and cut-over activities.
Responsibilities include:
Develop post go-live support and processes
Communicate with users on the status of their service requests
Manage support escalations
Coordinate the change control and release process
Maintain and update technical documentation
ABOUT YOU:
At least 3 years’ experience in a technical support or analytical role
Experience working in a complex, multi-priority organisation
Exceptional attention-to-detail and problem-solving skills
Very strong communication and rapport-building skills
Excellent documentation and presentation skills
