ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a well-known agency that pride themselves on the outputs they create for their clients, their creative flair and being market leaders in New Zealand within the tech space. They will a global group, have a great team culture and fantastic team environment. They have a big pipeline of projects and are looking for a Senior Developer to come on board.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an integral part of their insights team, you'll work closely with a team of data scientists & data analysts and be responsible for delivering high-quality actionable customer insights for some of New Zealand's most well-known brands.

This role will offer variety, the opportunity to work on leading projects (some win awards!) and be are the forefront of customer experience insights in NZ. 

In this role you will apply statistical techniques, methodologies, and tools to an exciting range of customer datasets from some of the world’s biggest brands to generate actionable insight that helps our clients increase the volume and value of their customers.

There is so much opportunity and scope in this role, and every day will be different. 

ABOUT YOU: 

You will ideally have at least 2 years of experience analysing customer data perhaps working for an agency, marketing research company or a brand, and of course a numerate tertiary qualification. 

You will have a work well with developers, designers, creatives and project managers. 

You'll enjoy communicating with other team members and clients and being part of a forward-thinking team. 

You will never be happy with the status quo and always thinks of bigger and better ways to do things.

Having proficient skills and substantial experience in both SQL and Python is also a crucial requirement.
