ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a brand-new role for a technically skilled Data & Integration Specialist who will help this business to build and maintain a modern data and integration platform, using Microsoft technologies. You’ll work with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and other integration tools
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Platform Execution
- Build and maintain data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and related tools.
- Implement and maintain a unified data model with scalable and secure data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage to support analytics and reporting needs.
- System Integration & Data Quality
- Integrate data across multiple systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms) using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Custom connectors and APIs
- Design and implement data cleansing, transformation, and normalization processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
- Power Platform Development
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Use Power Automate to streamline data workflows and automate routine tasks.
- Support the development of Power Apps for internal data-driven applications.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to understand data and integration needs.
- Provide support for data-related issues and enhancements.
- Document integration processes and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking someone with exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. In addition you should bring:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Power Platform.
- Proficiency in building data pipelines and integrating systems using tools like Azure Data Factory, Power Query, Power Automate, Logic Apps, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power Query, and working with APIs and connectors.
- Solid understanding of data transformation, cleansing, and normalization techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Dataverse, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric or other data services.
- Experience with APIs, connectors, and custom integrations.
