ABOUT THE COMPANY:

This company is a B2B FinTech start-up and a current team of 5 who are looking at scaling their team. The business has a large trajectory of growth in the pipeline and are looking at taking their product to the next level. 

They already have an excellent customer base already with companies you will know. You will be based out of a shared co-working space in Ponsonby and working with a fun, social and passionate team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join as an integral part of a growing team. You'll be responsible for onboarding, supporting and partnering with their customers. You'll ensure customers get the most value from the product so their team and business can thrive. 

You'll be partnering with the senior leadership team and build close relationships with the customers. You’ll get a deep understanding of their
business, day-to-day problems they face, what success looks like to them and how they measure it. 

Your main priority is to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Every customer interaction and you will go above and beyond to help their customers move away from their clunky software and processes. You make their lives easier so they can focus on what matters most to succeed in their jobs.

You'll be the first point of contact for any product queries, ensuring our customers always get the most value. 

You'll own the customer onboarding and training processes. 

You will be involved in getting hands on creating training content, guides, demos, webinars - whatever you identify as the best way to help customers get to value faster.

ABOUT YOU:

You will be a Customer Success Manager with extensive experience under your belt, looking for your next challenge where you can help build processes from scratch. You'll be part of an influential team and company that has the pathway for great success. You'll be wanting to join their journey and you will be rewarded with their growth. 

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following:

You obviously have exceptional customer engagement and communication skills and you build rapport quickly. 

You’re naturally curious and passionate about solving problems and troubleshooting.

You challenge the status quo and are always looking for better ways of doing things.

You’ve worked in customer success, customer service, account management or
consulting before and have experience using a CRM.

You’re keen to learn what world-class customer success looks like from an operational perspective.

You’re passionate about a career in the tech startup world, have a growth mindset and want to accelerate your career.
