ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Process Solutions Analyst to lead the design, analysis, governance, and continuous improvement of business processes across the organisation. This contract role combines analytical expertise with architectural thinking and governance leadership to ensure processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with enterprise goals.
With offices based in Auckland city fringe, they work hybrid 3 days a week in office. This is a 6 month contract to start ASAP ABOUT YOU: You will have strong Business Process Mapping skills and will be able to work in large, complex environments
3+ years of experience in business process analysis and architecture
Proficiency in BPM tools (Signavio, ARIS, Bizagi)
Strong understanding of BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
Experience in process governance and stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with the APQC Process Classification Framework (PCF)
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
