ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who is highly skilled in core BA responsibilities and strong experience in process mapping, including the ability to document and optimise complex business processes.

• Gather, document, and manage business requirements
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
• Strong Business Process Mapping skills 

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst (Senior level)
• Familiarity with tools such as Signavio, Lucidchart, or similar process modelling tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with testing processes, including writing test cases and supporting UAT
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
