This is a 4 month contract role, will be working with their team on a greenfield project
A little bit about the role:
Design and build advanced applications for Android platforms
Learn/have experience in the other mobile platform (desired, not required)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Work with outside data sources and APIs
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency on both platforms
Who are you? You will ideally have:
Strong experience with Android, you will be at the Senior level
Able to work unsupervised
Good experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
Good experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Good working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Have worked in Agile environment (Scrum preferred)
Experience in publishing an Android app on Google Play
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
