Content Marketing Specialist
  
An exciting fintech start up who are changing the way NZ businesses offer benefits are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to own the content calendar, drive awareness and bring campaigns to life across organic, paid and owned channels.

In this fast-paced role you will be expected to run with ideas, work across a range of channels and deliver campaigns at speed. In return you will get autonomy, creative freedom and an opportunity to be at the epicentre of a high growth company who have exciting future plans in place.
  
Responsibilities
  • Own the social media presence. Plan, write and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels.
  • Create engaging content across a range of mediums. From newsletters to blog posts and landing pages.
  • Align content with the marketing strategy and drive the content calendar.
  • Track content and social performance, test new ideas and make data backed decisions.
  • Maintain brand tone of voice across all channels
  
What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a role where you’re responsible for content creation across a range of channels.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and how content plays a part across the marketing funnel.
  • Good data analytic skills and experience providing actionable insights.
  • Highly organised, autonomous and a curious nature for work.
  • B2B or start up experience is desirable.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platform is desirable.
