ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be highly dependable, motivated, and flexible to adapt to your customer needs. You will also need to have:
5+ years’ experience maintaining enterprise-level infrastructure and cloud platforms.
Proven technical experience with Physical Servers and SAN's, VMware, VoIP, and Core Microsoft Stack (RDS, AD, SQL).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
A positive can-do attitude, motivated to go above and beyond.
The ability to stay composed and prioritise under pressure.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working out of the Hamilton office, you will be focused on ensuring internal and customer infrastructure platforms meet performance and reliability standards and providing technical leadership for platform or complex customer issues. You will lead any Problem Management investigations and work with the IT Team to develop and implement policies and procedures. You will also be part of the on-call roster for afterhours support and maintenance.
