Job description

A newly created role is available at a well-respected Digital Marketing agency. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Client Success Manager to maintain, retain and grow their accounts. This is a relationship first role for a candidate who takes pride in their work and has a genuine passion for digital.
  
Responsibilities
  • Own the client relationships and be proactive with communication.
  • Prioritise clients and ensure their needs and goals are understood by the delivery team.
  • Meet with clients online and face to face, being the bridge between client and the technical term.
  • Stay on top of work delivery, keeping in touch with all stakeholders and defining expectations.
  • Refine internal processes and identify areas of improvement.
  
About you

The ideal candidate will be an excellent verbal and written communicator who can explain marketing concepts clearly. You can prioritise workloads, improve processes and smoothly deliver projects. You will have experience managing a portfolio of clients and a track record of delivering results and growing accounts.

Deep knowledge in Performance Marketing and SEO will be needed you will have a genuine interest in the latest marketing trends.
