ABOUT YOU:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be highly dependable, motivated, and flexible to adapt to your customer needs. You will also need to have:
  
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A professional and friendly phone manner.
  • Service Delivery experience with traditional Microsoft products (Office365, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services) is beneficial.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, motivated to go above and beyond.
  • The ability to stay composed and prioritise under pressure.
  
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working out of the Hamilton office, you will be focused on building upon existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for service expansion, and collaborating with your wider support team to resolve problems for your customers.
You will develop and execute strategic account plans, working closely with your clients to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives.
